Precision adjustment system
  • Designed for mechanical watch movements, our Triovis regulator guarantees a high degree of movement accuracy. Placed in the heart of the balance-spring, this system integrates the anti-shock and is fixed to the balance-cock. An adjustment-screw moves the index teeth, and increases or decreases with a high degree of accuracy the moving length of the spring. Today, movements of the most prestigious watch brands are successfully equipped with this fine adjustment regulator. We will readily adapt this system to your needs. Various finishing qualities and prices are available.
  • Our Triovis adjustment system is made up of an index and a stud-holder. These components are entirely manufactured, finished and assembled in-house, thanks to our stamping equipment, traditional machining and numerically-controlled machines, fettling, thickness-setting, polishing, thermic treatment, galvanizing and assembly equipment, and thanks to the remarkable know-how of our collaborators involved in the chamfering and decoration. The index is equipped with a balance-spring buckle manufactured in-house and an index-pin. The stud-holder is equipped with a stud manufactured in-house, a stud-screw, an adjustment-screw and a pipe.
  • The index and its precision teeth driven by the adjustment-screw are fine stamped. The index is then hardened, chamfered on demand, and finally nickelled on our galvanic chain. The balance-spring buckle and the index-pin are then riveted to the index (button curvature) using our semi-automatic brackets.
  • The stud-holder is firstly fine stamped. Several operations of milling, drilling and tapping performed on our numerically-controlled machines are necessary to finish the external and internal surfaces, and to obtain the holes and threading necessary for the stud, the fastening and adjustment-screws. The top face of the stud-holder is then drawn up (milked drawn lines). Mechanical chamfering can be performed before nickel plating. The stud-holder finally receives its stud, the stud-screw, and the adjustment-screw of the index whose pipe is previously fixed to the latter.
  • The index and the stud-holder are finally assembled with the anti-shock to the balance-cock. Numerous quality controls are performed.
